This sterling silver ring explores the idea of connection without overt symbolism.
Rather than presenting a heart head-on, the form sits at a three-quarter angle, revealing its meaning gradually. It is confident, but with a hint of whimsy.
The design is intentionally sculptural and pared back, allowing negative space and soft asymmetry to do the talking. From certain viewpoints, the heart shape becomes clear; from others, it reads as an abstract, architectural form. This duality reflects the wearer’s choice not to fully disclose everything at once, leaving room for discovery and interpretation.
When two mirrored pieces are worn together, the form resolves into a complete heart, a subtle reference to shared identity and connection.
Conceived as an androgynous piece, the design moves easily between ring and pendant, adapting to the wearer. It can be shared between partners, across generations, or worn individually as a personal statement.

Handcrafted in recycled sterling silver, the ring has a reassuring weight and a softly brushed finish that enhances its tactile quality. Each piece is individually made in my SE London atelier, embracing subtle variations that are part of the making process.
Created as part of a Valentine’s edit, this piece is conceived not as a fleeting gesture, but as an object with presence — designed to be worn beyond the moment, as a quiet expression of connection, individuality and intention.
