Hoop earrings - Hailwidis

The hoops represent the constant circular movement of running in cartoons.

They are inspired by the famous duo Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner.

The chase is a repeated sketch in which every attempt results in a predictable failure. The circular movement of the character’s legs symbolizes the infinite loop of the running gag that is specific to cartoons.
