The Fence Ring was born from a simple, playful idea — the holes of a fence, a finger poking through. What begins as an everyday observation becomes something sculptural and unexpected when translated into metal. Each ring is hand-carved in wax, capturing the rhythm of vertical bars and the negative space between them. Cast using the ancient lost-wax method at a casting house in Hatton Garden, London, the finished piece has a raw, architectural quality that sits boldly on the hand.
