'Appunti': a series of rings, made like pieces of paper rolled around our fingers, with rough notes written on it (made in wax and casting). The first pieces are reporting some poetic words, inspired by special stories and experiences which some people shared with me. After the first rings, people came to me asking for customization with their stories, thoughts or a lucky word, growing the collection Thanks to them.
In the pictures you'll find the following messages (in Italian):
- "E poi tutto è cambiato" (a mother, after a baby born)
- "Volevo vivere ai tropici ma...." (my personal story: I travelled to the other side of the world in search of freedom. I eventually experienced that to be free, we need to break up with our mental cages, sometimes no need to be far away)
- "Ho piantato le mie radici" (a strong woman, who was refused by her father after she decided to take her path; this is a strong message to remind to everybody that we don't need the roots from our parents, but we should build our own root)
- "ma questi uomini...chi sono?" (a woman asking herself, how to transform relations with men)
